Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 large or 6 medium zucchini
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella
  • Grated parmesan
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Do in layers. Starting with small amount of cream, then zucchini, salt & pepper, cheeses, cream, breadcrumbs. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
