Whole wheat (or regular) prepared pizza dough
Olive oil (about 1 tbsp)
BBQ sauce (I like sweet and spicy types best!)
Colby/Jack shredded cheese (reduced fat if you're watching your weight**)
2 scallions, finely chopped
6 strips center cut bacon, crisped and chopped *tip below!
2 tbsp chopped cilantro


1. Drizzle olive oil onto your baking sheet or pizza pan.
2. Spread the dough until it reaches the edge of the pan and doesn't shrink back too much.
3. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and spread with the back of a spoon.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and then all other toppings.
5. Bake for 13-14 minutes at 450 degrees.

*My favorite way to cook bacon quickly is to place a cookie cooling rack into a rimmed cookie sheet, lined with foil. Lay the bacon flat on the cooling rack, then place to broil in the oven. Flip the bacon after 3-4 minutes, then broil 3-4 minutes more. Allow grease to cool after, then ball up foil and throw away. Less mess- less hassle-fast cooking time with great results!

**I've calculated this pizza to be about 4.5 WW points per slice when cut into 8 pieces and made with reduced fat cheese.
