Grape Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 lb. grapes (we like red)
  • 1 cup hulled pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Mix goat cheese with a fork until it is a bit spreadable. Take a grape in the palm of your hand, and roll a bit of cheese (about the same portion size as your grape) around it. Roll in nuts until well coated. Serve chilled. Makes a great appetizer that is salty, sweet, and nutty! Pairs perfectly with a cold wine of your choice in the summertime.
