Cheesy Gold Potatoes Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. potatoes   
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ lb. Velveeta   
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 oz. cream cheese  
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper   
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

Boil the potatoes.  While the potatoes are boiling, in a saucepan, combine all the remaining ingredients to form the sauce.  Stir the sauce over medium-low heat until melted, combined and hot.  Drain the potatoes and mash until chunky.  Stir in the sauce and serve.
