Chicken Rice Casserole

This comes from my Grandma Spartz.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced Chicken Breast 
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ¾ cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup diced celery  
  • 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 1 cup cooked rice  
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp. diced onion  
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup slivered almonds  
  • ½ cup crushed corn flakes

Instructions

Mix all together in greased pyrex.  Mix almonds & corn flakes with melted butter & put on top of other ingredients.  Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
