Gourmet Pasta

This is another one from my former mother-in-law.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef  
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 16oz. can whole Tomatoes 
  • 1 16oz. can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic   
  • 1 pkg. 5 oz. fine Egg Noodles
  • 2 3 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese 
  • 1 C. Sour Cream
  • 6 Green Onions Chopped

Instructions

Brown meat, add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, salt and pepper and simmer.  Cook Egg Noodles then add Cream Cheese while hot and Sour Cream, Onions. Put in casserole in layers: meat, noodles, cheese.  Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
