Rice & Green Chile Casserole

From my former mother-in-law.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice, salted 
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • ¼ lb. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. (sliced/shredded) Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

In a 2-quart casserole layer rice, sour cream, chilies, Monterey Jack cheese, and then repeat.  Top with cheddar cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes.
